  • In the case of pack products (multiple items in a set), the color or print design of individual items may vary from the images shown on the website. This variation may occur occasionally depending on stock availability, but the product type, quality, and quantity will remain the same
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Tender Babe reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
  • In case of pricing errors, incorrect product details, or technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed

4. Orders and Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Net Banking
  • Supported mobile wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Tender Babe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including situations involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Tender Babe currently ships only within India.Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues
  • PO Box addresses are not supported for delivery. Customers must provide a complete residential or business address with a valid PIN code and contact number
  • Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact the customer

6. Returns, Replacement and Exchanges

  • Customers must provide invoice copy, product photos, and an unboxing video as proof
  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for replacement
  • Replacement or exchange requests are subject to verification and product availability
