Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Tender Babe accepts multiple secure payment methods including credit cards, debit cards,UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and popular mobile wallets. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure safe and reliable transactions.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be completed usingonline payment methods available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the My Orders section or by using the tracking link provided in the confirmation message.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Customers can log in to their account, go to My Orders, and submit a request to cancel or modify details such as the delivery address, product size, quantity, or contact information. Orders that are already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within Chennai are typically delivered in1–2 business days. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata usually take 3–5 business days. Major cities and tier-2 locations may take 2–7 business days, while deliveries to smaller towns or rural areas may take 7–10 business days depending on courier availability.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, Tender Babe offers free shipping on orders above ₹999 for Chennai and other cities in Tamil Nadu. For orders shipped to other states in India, a small shipping fee may apply depending on the order value. Orders below ₹999 have standard shipping charges based on the delivery location.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, Tender Babe ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available for faster shipping at an additional cost. Express orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days in Chennai and Tamil Nadu, and 1–3 business days for other states, depending on location and courier availability.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return or replacement policy?
All products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide the invoice copy, product photo, and an unboxing video as proof for verification.
When is a replacement not possible?
Replacement requests may not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery, if the issue is reported after 48 hours, or if the required proof such as invoice copy, product photo, and unboxing video is not available.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid. If the new item costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded. Exchange processing usually takes 7–10 business days.

Are your products safe for newborns?
Yes. All Tender Babe products are designed with baby safety in mind. Our products are made from baby-safe and non-toxic materials, ensuring they are gentle and comfortable for a baby’s delicate and sensitive skin.
How should I care for the clothing?
We recommend gentle hand washing using a mild detergent suitable for baby clothing. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach to maintain the softness and quality of the fabric.
What sizes do you offer?
Tender Babe offers sizes starting from newborn (0–3 months) up to 1 year. Each product page includes a size guide to help parents choose the most comfortable and suitable fit for their baby.
