When Can I Get a Refund?

Partial/No Refund
Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:
- Product has been used or washed
- Product has been damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Issue reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Invoice copy, product photo, or unboxing video proof is not available
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Processing Time
The total refund processing time is 10–15 business days after the returned product is received and verified by our team. The process includes return pickup (if applicable), product inspection, refund approval, and bank processing.

Refund Methods
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase:

Cancellation Refunds
Customers may cancel an order before it is processed or shipped.
If the cancellation request is approved:
- The full product amount will be refunded
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation and refund may not be possible.
