Easy Returns
At Tender Babe, all products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will assist you with a replacement.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Returns
- • Product received is damaged or defective
- • Product received is different from the item ordered
- • Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- • Invoice Copy, Product Photo and Unboxing video is provided as proof
Not Eligible for Returns
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Issue reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Invoice copy, Product photo and Unboxing video proof is not available
- Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use
How to Request a Return / Replacement
Report the Issue
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order and follow the instructions to submit a Return / Replacement request.
Verification
Our team will review the request and verify the details. Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
Return the Product
If required, you will be asked to return the product in its original condition with packaging and tags.
Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the product, the replacement will be processed based on product availability.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or color, exchanges may be offered for eligible items:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded
- Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days
